I don’t work with abstract ideas of wellbeing: I start from listening, observation, and what truly happens, especially in non-verbal communication.
Over time I have gathered different tools: counselling, coaching, body-based and emotional approaches, sensory and olfactory paths. I work with groups, companies and individuals, integrating what is truly needed, without rigid frameworks.
My work is rooted in a simple belief: people change when they feel truly seen.
And that is why I am here.
I am not a character and I am not a guru. I don’t know how to ‘sell myself’ the way it is often required today. I prefer to be present, clear and honest. I listen more than I impress. I say what I see, even when it is uncomfortable.
I have seen fears turn into roots, and roots become possibilities. This is what moves me: when a person unblocks, something in the world becomes more real.
To support teams and professionals in finding direction, communication and presence when clarity is needed.
For those at the beginning of their journey who need a safe space to understand who they are and where they want to go.
For those who feel they are living a life that feels too tight and want to rediscover breath, possibility and movement.
To rediscover dialogue, truly listen to each other and understand what the relationship is asking for at this moment.
To create authentic connections, move beyond dynamics that no longer work and find new ways of being together.
For those who work with people and need a space for reflection, grounding and growth for themselves and their practice.
I don’t promise quick solutions. I promise presence. I promise a path that respects your timing. I promise a safe space where you can breathe and reconnect with who you are.
Because growth is not a sudden leap, but a patient process: it is born in depth, nourished by who we have been, and becomes strength only when it finds the courage to expand towards who we can become.
